The Information Technology Security Committee was created by the GSU Faculty Senate Information Systems and Technology Committee on October 19, 2000.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Information Technology Security Committee is to develop and recommend policies, guidelines, and standards to enable the continued availability and integrity of the computing and network infrastructure at Georgia State University. The committee will also educate and enlist the cooperation of students, faculty, and staff in the protection of their information and technology resources
